How soon can I have my site up and running?
Your new direct response (sales) page (or blog page) can be set up in approximately 6-10 business days after we receive all of your website information. A timeframe of completing SalesCopy site and a Blog for a Premium customer is approximately 15 business days. However, an actual completion timeframe may vary slightly depending on your circumstances (such as having to transfer an exiting site) and our production volume at that time.
What is your customer satisfaction and return policy?
We offer a 6 month 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for our 2.0 packages. Notify our support team via email. If we can't make it right, we'll promptly return the full amount of your purchase price (does not include monthly service/support fees or extra customization). Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing. No other web service offers this kind of unconditional guarantee.
What if I already have a website?
We can work with your existing domains. Please point your DNS to ns1.fitnesswebsiteformula.com and ns2.fitnesswebsiteformula.com when we are ready to go live.
I have my own domain and hosting already... can I keep them?
Yes, you may keep your domain and hosting with another company. Just ask us to remove the maintenance & support service from your account. However, you will NOT receive our ongoing support. If your website goes down or you have some issues you will need to contact your existing provider, not Fitness Website Formula. We recommend hosting with us. You will receive an excellent service and benefits from occasional free upgrades and bonuses.
Do you offer any customization for my site?
Yes. For both Standard and Premium customers, we offer customization of the header and footer with your logo, picture, and tag-line/slogan with phone number. If you require customization of design beyond that, please contact us at orders@fitnesswebsiteformula.com. Our premium customers enjoy a greater flexibility to customize the look and feel.
Why should I go with your website formula package as opposed to hiring a regular web production company to build my website?
You might be able to create a website that you like, however; the difference is that Fitness Website Formula applies proven SEO techniques and practices specifically geared toward attracting clients for the fitness industry.
I’m not a good copywriter; can I do well with your product?
Absolutely. Premium package buyers will have a professionally written sales copy that's all completed for you. Even if you buy our Standard package, we offer the 'how to write good sales copy' instructions as a free bonus to you.

Why do I need Maintenance and Support Service?
Support and Maintenance Service allows us to provide you with ongoing support. If somthing goes wrong with your site - you have our backup.

How often my site and blog are backed up?
Your sites are backed up daily at night (PST time). You can request to revert back your site as far back as 1 week in time. Cases vary, so please ask the manager for details.
I already have images/testimonial/videos; can I use them on my new site?
Of course. In the "Getting Started" area in our portal, you can provide this information for our use in production after you purchase our product.
I don't have a logo. Can you create something that’s appropriate for my business?
As part of your Fitness Website Formula purchase, we can stylize your business name and create a clean, professional identity art with your business name.

I need my site in a foreign language. Could you still work with me?
Yes, we can work with another language, as long as you can supply us with a salescopy and you can tell us what it says.
Is there a good tutorial available on how to use a blog?
In the future we will be providing our customers with how-to videos to maximize the use of your blog. In the meantime, here is a good place to start.
