We're offering this prize:
- A winner will receive a full FWF Standard Blog Package along with a Custom Header graphics. This can be for you or for someone else to keep. We can set up the blog on any hosting of your choice.

Rules of Play:

• Submit your site using the form below by 1/31/10 midnight (Deadline to enter)
• You can enter multiple sites, but you must be an existing FWF customer and they have to be your sites that Fitness Website Formula built.
• Improve your site according to the criteria listed below. (no cheating!).
• FWF team will take a beginning score of your site on 2/1/10 and take an ending score on 2/28/10
• We'll announce the winner of this contest on March 3rd, 2010

Criteria for choosing a winner
Blog:

• Daily average number of commends you received 40%
• Increase in an average number of site visitors (based on Google Analytics) 30%
• A total number of new links your site received from other sites 20%
• Improvement in your Website Grader score (http://websitegrader.com/) 10%

Salescopy site:

• Increase in an average number of site visitors (based on Google Analytics) 40%
• A total number of new links your site received from other sites 40%
